MLNavigator operates exclusively offline within your secure environment. All data processing, analysis, and storage occur locally on your hardware.

By using MLNavigator, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All data remains within your physical and network boundaries
• No data is transmitted to MLNavigator's servers or any third parties
• MLNavigator does not collect usage data from your installation
• All model updates are delivered via secure physical media

2. Compliance Statement

MLNavigator is designed to support aerospace and defense organizations with compliance-focused features. Our system is built with CMMC Level 2 readiness in mind according to DFARS 252.204-7021 requirements.

3. System Access and Security

You are responsible for:

• Managing user access controls to the MLNavigator system
• Maintaining the physical security of the MLNavigator appliance
• Ensuring network isolation according to installation guidelines
• Implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures

MLNavigator provides built-in access controls, audit logging, and security features, but these must be configured according to your organization's security policies.

4. Updates and Maintenance

MLNavigator updates are delivered via secure methods that maintain the air-gapped integrity of your installation. You control when and how updates are applied to your system.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

MLNavigator operates under the following refund and cancellation terms:

• Pilot Program: 30-day evaluation period. No money-back guarantee. Hardware return required in original condition if pilot is discontinued.
• Production Deployment: 90-day warranty on hardware and software. Software license fees are non-refundable once deployed.
• Support Services: Monthly support fees are non-refundable but can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
• Custom Development: All fees are non-refundable. Completed deliverables are subject to acceptance testing.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States. MLNavigator is incorporated as a Delaware C-Corp with principal operations in Wichita, Kansas.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of MLNavigator shall be resolved through:

• • Good faith negotiation between parties
• • Binding arbitration in Wichita, Kansas if negotiation fails
• • Jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Kansas
